Japan Logistics Fund <8967> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 12th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 increased 1.6% from the previous period to 5.4 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending July 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 13.0% to 6.1 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 5500 yen to 5578 yen (compared to 5300 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2150 yen.
