Ichigo Office REIT Investment <8975> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 27th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending April 2025 has been revised upward 39.9%, from the previous forecast of 3.67 billion yen to 5.14 billion yen (compared to 4.08 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 26.1% increase in the ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 2368 yen to 3312 yen (compared to 2692 yen in the previous period).
