Invincible Investment Corporation <8963> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on December 17th (15:30). The ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised upward 0.7%, from the previous forecast of 16.2 billion yen to 16.3 billion yen (compared to 14.3 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 13.0% to 13.9%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 2127 yen to 2143 yen (compared to 1895 yen in the previous period).
