CAICA DIGITAL Inc. <2315> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on December 17th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2025 has decreased 46.1%, from the previous forecast of 141 million yen to 76 million yen (compared to 138 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 44.9% decrease in profit.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the May to October period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 59.6%, from the previous forecast of 109 million yen to 44 million yen (compared to 56 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 21.4% decrease in profit.
