MAINICHI COMNET CO., LTD. <8908> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on May 21st (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending May 2025 has been revised upward 4.5%, from the previous forecast of 2.27 billion yen to 2.37 billion yen (compared to 2.21 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 2.3% to 7.0%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for two consecutive terms.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the December to May period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 4.9%, from the previous forecast of 2.09 billion yen to 2.19 billion yen (compared to 1.33 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 57.4% to 65.1%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 31 yen to 32 yen (compared to 30 yen in the previous period).
