Earnings ReportNeturen Co., Ltd. <5976> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 7.6% from the previous period to 2.32 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 9.5% from the previous period to 2.1 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of declining profits.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 50 yen to 51 yen (compared to 49 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 67 yen, an increase of 16 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 37.6% from the same period last year, reaching 0.69 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.6% in the same period last year to 3.4%.
