UNBANKED,INC. <8746> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on May 14th (18:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025, which was not disclosed, is expected to surge by 6.8 times that of the previous period to 308 million yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to forego the year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year, which had previously been undecided (compared to no dividend before the 1-for-3 reverse stock split in the previous term), and the policy has been set to continue with no dividends.
