Quest, 12% Increase in Ordinary Profit, Update Record High for Eighth Consecutive Term

Earnings ReportQuest Co., Ltd. <2332> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 4.8% from the previous period to 1.11 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 11.5% to 1.24 billion yen, marking the eighth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the thirteenth consecutive term of revenue and the eighth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 54 yen to 58 yen (compared to 49 yen in the prior term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 55 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 25.8% from the same period last year, reaching 0.27 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 5.7% in the same period last year to 7.0%.
