RHYTHM CO.,LTD. <7769> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on June 23rd (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2026, which was not disclosed, is expected to surge by 55.2% to 1.80 billion yen.

At the same time, the consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September), which was not disclosed, is expected to surge by 59.0% from the same period last year, reaching 1.00 billion yen.

In light of the strong performance, the company has decided to implement a year-end lump-sum dividend of 151.75 yen for the current fiscal year, which was previously undecided (compared to 73 yen in the prior term).
