Nikkei 225 close on the 24th = rebound for the first time in 4 days, 436 yen higher to 38,790 yen

On the 24th, Nikkei Stock Average <^N225> closed 436.47 yen (1.14%) higher from the previous day to 38,790.56 yen, rebound for the first time in forth days. The number of stocks on Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) Prime gained was 1042, lost was 508, and unchanged was 74. The number of rising stocks significantly exceeded the number of falling stocks.

The top positive contributor was SoftBank Group Corp <9984>, pushing up The Nikkei by 99.99 yen. This was followed by Tokyo Electron <8035> at 86.32 yen, ADVANTEST <6857> at 40.71 yen, FAST RETAILING <9983> at 35.92 yen, Lasertec <6920> at 28.67 yen.

Sumitomo Realty & Development <8830> was the highest on the list with a negative contribution of 5.79 yen to The Nikkei. Below, NTT DATA <9613> was at 3.99 yen, HONDA MOTOR <7267> was at 3.19 yen, Mitsubishi Estate <8802> was at 2.93 yen, DENSO <6902> was at 2 yen.

By industry, 20 of the 33 industries gained. Nonferrous Metals Sector ranked first, followed by Air Transportation Sector, Securities & Commodities Futures Sector, and Other Products Sector. Mining Sector, Oil & Coal Products Sector, and Real Estate Sector were among the top losers.
