NISHIMATSUYA CHAIN Co., Ltd. <7545> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision at noon (12:00) on December 29th. The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has decreased 30.0%, from the previous forecast of 14.0 billion yen to 9.80 billion yen.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the September to February period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 64.7%, from the previous forecast of 6.49 billion yen to 2.29 billion yen.
