Earnings ReportPan Pacific International Holdings Corporation <7532> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 18th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended June 2025 increased by 6.6% from the previous period to 158 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending June 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 5.4% to 167 billion yen, marking the seventeenth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the 34th consecutive term of revenue and the seventeenth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 34 yen to 35 yen (compared to 30 yen in the prior term), and the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 8.5 yen, taking into account the forward stock split scheduled to be allocated on September 30, this dividend represents an actual increase of 21.4%.
In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 32.8 billion yen, a 6.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin improved from 5.7% in the same period last year to 6.0%.
