JAPAN CRAFT HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <7135> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 13th (16:40). The consolidated ordinary loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2025 (July to December) was a reduced loss of 158 million yen (compared to a loss of 939 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the January to June period (2H) is expected to turn into a profit of 178 million yen (compared to a loss of 726 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (2Q), the consolidated ordinary loss improved to a deficit of 15 million yen (compared to a loss of 471 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -12.1% in the same period last year to -0.2%.
