NOVA SYSTEM CO.,LTD. <5257> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 13th (16:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 14.1% from the previous period to 551 million yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 29.9% to 716 million yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company plans to pay a dividend of 105 yen this fiscal year, the first since it was listed in March 2023.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the ordinary profit surged 2.1 times that of the same period last year, reaching 212 million yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 6.7% in the same period last year to 11.6%.
