ADVANTEST to Issue \100 Billion Convertible Bonds for Overseas Investors
ADVANTEST CORPORATION <6857> announced after the close of trading on the 1st that it has resolved to issue euro-yen denominated convertible bonds (CBs) with stock acquisition rights. The CBs, maturing in 2031, will be issued to overseas investors excluding the United States. The total issue amount is \100 billion. ADVANTEST will allocate the raised funds to expanding production capacity for semiconductor testers, securing inventory to meet tester demand, and developing next-generation testing solutions.
