Guidance Update Report

SAXA, Inc. <6675> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on May 21st (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2026, which was not disclosed, is expected to drop by 35.4% from the previous period to 2.2 billion yen.

At the same time, the previously undecided the first half of this fiscal year will be set at 115 yen (compared to no dividend in the same period of the previous year), and the previously undecided the dividend for the second half will be set at 125 yen. The annual dividend will be increased by 75 yen from the previous period to 240 yen.
