NIHON SEIKAN K.K <5905> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the morning on December 23rd (08:45). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 165 million yen to a loss of 279 million yen (compared to a loss of 476 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 261 million yen to a loss of 183 million yen (compared to a loss of 405 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
