TSUDAKOMA Corp. <6217> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on December 23rd (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending November 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 300 million yen to a loss of 180 million yen (compared to a profit of 282 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the June to November period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 72.6%, from the previous forecast of 661 million yen to 181 million yen (compared to 319 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 43.3% decrease in profit.
