Earnings ReportToukei Computer Co.,Ltd. <4746> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 4th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to September) increased 14.2% from the same period last year, reaching 5.29 billion yen.
In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 3.5%, from the previous forecast of 6.91 billion yen to 7.15 billion yen (compared to 6.45 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 7.2% to 10.9%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for five consecutive terms.
Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the July to December period (second half) is expected to increase 7.0%, from the previous forecast of 3.45 billion yen to 3.69 billion yen (compared to 3.48 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 6.0% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 125 yen to 141 yen (compared to 125 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 9.8% from the same period last year, reaching 1.83 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 31.0% in the same period last year to 29.5%.
