Cyber Security Cloud Surges on Silver Cape's 6.50% Stake Disclosure
Cyber Security Cloud, Inc. <4493> rebounded sharply for the first time in three days. A substantial shareholding report filed with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau after the close of trading on the 31st revealed that Silver Cape Investments, an investment management company based in the Cayman Islands, had newly acquired a stake exceeding 5%, holding 6.50% of the company's shares. The disclosure appears to have triggered speculative buying on supply-demand expectations. The purpose of holding is stated as "pure investment or potentially engaging in significant proposal activities," with the reporting obligation arising on the 24th.
