LIFEDRINK COMPANY Surges for Fourth Consecutive Day on Iris Ohyama Stake Increase to 7.7%
LIFEDRINK COMPANY, INC. <2585> rose sharply, marking its fourth consecutive day of gains. After the close of trading on the 31st, it was revealed that Iris Ohyama (Sendai City, Aoba Ward), a manufacturer and seller of food and beverages, increased its shareholding ratio from 6.15% to 7.70%, attracting speculative buying. According to an amended report submitted to the Tohoku Finance Bureau, the date of obligation to report was March 24. The purpose of holding is stated as "pure investment." Iris Ohyama's ownership of LIFEDRINK COMPANY shares was first disclosed on March 27, when it was announced that the company had newly acquired a 6.15% stake.
