CHIeru Co.,Ltd. <3933> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) dropped 41.4% from the same period last year to 262 million yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 600 million yen was 43.7%, also falling below the five-year average of 56.1%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to expand 57.2% from the same period last year, reaching 338 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 34 million yen, a 66.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 11.6% in the same period last year to 2.8%.
