KITAZAWA SANGYO CO.,LTD. <9930> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) decreased 22.9% from the same period last year to 579 million yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 950 million yen was 60.9%, also falling below the five-year average of 68.5%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to grow 16.3% from the same period last year, reaching 371 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 194 million yen, a 30.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 6.1% in the same period last year to 5.2%.
