Guidance Update Report

PIXTA Inc. <3416> [TSE-G] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 20th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 has been revised upward by 41.3%, from the previous forecast of 341 million yen to 482 million yen (compared to 302 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 12.9% to 59.6%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for three consecutive terms.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase by 77.0%, from the previous forecast of 183 million yen to 324 million yen (compared to 159 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 15.1% to 2.0 times.
