Guidance Update Report

Japan Exchange Group, Inc. <8697> [TSE-P] announced a revision to its performance and dividend at noon (12:00) on September 24th. The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward by 7.5%, from the previous forecast of 53.5 billion yen to 57.5 billion yen (compared to 60.8 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 12.0% to 5.5%.

In light of the strong performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 31 yen to 33 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been revised upwards from the original plan of 15.5 yen to 17 yen.
