NIPPON REIT Investment <3296> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 19th (17:00). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 2.4% from the previous period to 4.88 billion yen exceeding the previous forecast of 4.76 billion yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. In the fiscal year ending June 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 21.6% to 5.94 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in nine years.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 9713 yen to 9972 yen (compared to 9570 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2288 yen.
