Earnings ReportThe Yokohama Rubber Company,Limited <5101> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on February 19th (14:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 11.4% from the previous period to 74.9 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 8.8% to 81.5 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 102 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated net income dropped to 14 billion yen, a 37.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin significantly dropped from 16.4% in the same period last year to 10.7%.
