Mitsui Fudosan Accommodations Fund Inc. <3226> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 20th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended August 2025 increased by 1.0% from the previous period to 5.85 billion yen exceeding the previous forecast of 5.62 billion yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. For the fiscal year ending February 2026, the ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 1.0% to 5.90 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in five years.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 2234 yen to 2324 yen (compared to 11506 yen before the 5-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2346 yen.
