SE Holdings and Incubations Co., Ltd. <9478> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 20th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 28.9%, from the previous forecast of 900 million yen to 640 million yen (compared to 810 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 21.0% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 32.0%, from the previous forecast of 450 million yen to 306 million yen (compared to 488 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 7.8% to 37.3%.
