Delsole, 81% Decrease in Ordinary Profit for The Current Fiscal Year

Delsole Corporation <2876> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 15th (13:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 57.5% from the previous period to 539 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026 is also bleak, with an expected significant drop by 81.4% from the previous period to 100 million yen.

At the same time, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 12 yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 217 million yen (compared to a loss of 70 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin worsened from -2.8% in the same period last year to -4.2%.
