Earnings ReportTORIDOLL Holdings Corporation <3397> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on May 15th (13:10). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 dropped 65.7% from the previous period to 1.87 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 2.9 times to 5.5 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 11 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net loss expanded to a loss of 4.1 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.76 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from 0.1% in the same period last year to -4.3%.
