PIA, 35% Increase in Ordinary Profit, Update Record High for Second Consecutive Term, Resuming Dividends at 10 yen for the First Time in Six Terms

Earnings ReportPIA CORPORATION <4337> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 15th (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 2.6 times that of the previous period to 2.37 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 34.6% to 3.2 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to forego the previously undecided year-end lump-sum dividend, and plans to pay a final dividend of 10 yen, reinstating dividends for the first time in six terms.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of 0.97 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.01 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit margin drastically improved from 2.1% in the same period last year to 7.8%.
