TENPOS HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd <2751> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on July 22nd (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending April 2026 has been revised upward 1.4%, from the previous forecast of 3.60 billion yen to 3.65 billion yen (compared to 2.87 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 25.4% to 27.2%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in two years.

At the same time, the May to October period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 0.6%, from the previous forecast of 1.80 billion yen to 1.81 billion yen (compared to 1.58 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 13.7% to 14.3%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for three consecutive terms.
