Guidance Update Report

INTERMESTIC INC. <262A> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on November 25th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised upward 8.8%, from the previous forecast of 5.49 billion yen to 5.97 billion yen (compared to 4.87 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 12.6% to 22.5%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for three consecutive terms.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 26.9%, from the previous forecast of 1.79 billion yen to 2.27 billion yen (compared to 1.93 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 17.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 42.9 yen to 44 yen (compared to 40.2 yen in the previous period).
