PLANET,INC. <2391> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 28th (15:40). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending July 2025 (August 2024 to April 2025) decreased 5.5% from the same period last year to 447 million yen. However, the progress rate toward the full-year plan of 510 million yen was 87.6%, also surpassing the five-year average of 71.7%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the May to July period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 71.1% from the same period last year to 63 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from February to April (3Q), the ordinary profit grew 5.0% from the same period last year, reaching 148 million yen. The operating profit margin rose from 17.3% in the same period last year to 18.6%.
