Dividend Guidance Update ReportThe Kodensha,Co.,Ltd. <1948> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its dividend in the afternoon session on September 11th (14:00). The dividend for the first half of the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been increased from the original plan of 42 yen to 45 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been revised upwards from the original plan of 42 yen to 45 yen. The annual dividend will be 90 yen (compared to 84 yen in the previous period).
