Earnings ReportIKK Holdings Inc. <2198> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on September 11th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending October 2025 (November 2024 to July 2025) significantly dropped 51.5% from the same period last year to 0.75 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 1.80 billion yen was 41.7%, also falling below the five-year average of 57.7%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the August to October period (4Q) is expected to grow 8.0% from the same period last year, reaching 1.05 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 0.37 billion yen, a 35.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin significantly dropped from 10.2% in the same period last year to 6.7%.
