CAPITA, Net Income Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 2.6 times, Dividend Revised Upward by 4 Yen

Guidance Update Report

CAPITA Inc. <7462> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on September 10th (14:00). The net income (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 2.6 times, from the previous forecast of 44 million yen to 113 million yen (compared to 30 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 46.7% to 3.8 times.

Furthermore, the April to September period (first half) net income forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 22 million yen(compared to 41 million yen in the previous period).

In light of the strong performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been significantly increased from the original plan of 3 yen to 5 yen, and the dividend for the second half has been revised the original plan of 6 yen to 5 yen. The annual dividend has been revised upwards from the original plan of 6 yen to 10 yen (compared to 6 yen in the previous period).
