Nissou Co.,Ltd. <1444> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 11th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending July 2025 has decreased 31.7%, from the previous forecast of 101 million yen to 69 million yen (compared to 63 million yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 60.3% to 9.5%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the February to July period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 33.7%, from the previous forecast of 95 million yen to 63 million yen (compared to a loss of 30 million yen in the same period of the previous year).
