TOKYU REIT <8957> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 11th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended July 2025 increased by 3.7% from the previous period to 4.88 billion yen exceeding the previous forecast of 4.69 billion yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. For the fiscal year ending January 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.0% to 5.07 billion yen.

At the same time, the company plans to set the distribution for the current term at 4000 yen.
