Nissou Co.,Ltd. <1444> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on December 20th (18:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending July 2025 (August 2024 to January 2025) has decreased 51.9%, from the previous forecast of 27 million yen to 13 million yen (compared to 93 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 71.0% to 86.0%.

Furthermore, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 136 million yen(compared to 63 million yen in the previous period).
