BESTERRA CO., LTD. <1433> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 increased 45.5% from the previous period to 0.59 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to surge 2.2 times the previous term, reaching 1.28 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in four years. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 30 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 82.6% from the same period last year, reaching 0.35 billion yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 4.1% in the same period last year to 8.3%.
