UNITED ARROWS Rebounds as Same-Store Sales Rise for Sixth Consecutive Month in March
UNITED ARROWS LTD. <7606> rebounded. The company announced its sales overview (preliminary) for March after the close of trading on the 2nd, showing that same-store sales, combining retail and online sales, increased 5.8% year-on-year, marking the sixth consecutive month of surpassing the previous year's results, which was well received by the market.
Although there was an estimated negative impact of approximately 1.6 percentage points due to one fewer holiday compared to the previous year, spring items showed strong momentum in March. In menswear, outerwear, jackets, shirts, cut-and-sewn items, and pants stood out, while in womenswear, outerwear, jackets, shirts, cardigans, and pants performed notably well. Overall company-wide sales increased 10.5% year-on-year.
