Ryosan Ryoyo Holdings receives notice from Renesas Electronics to terminate distributor agreement◇
Ryosan Ryoyo Holdings <167A> announced after the close of trading on the 2nd that its consolidated subsidiary Ryosan Ryoyo received a proposal from Renesas Electronics Corporation <6723> to terminate the distributor agreement between them. The company stated that no agreement or decision has been reached at this time. Sales of Renesas Electronics products at Ryosan Ryoyo Holdings' operating companies totaled \84.183 billion in the fiscal year ended March 2025, accounting for 23.4% of consolidated sales. The company said it will disclose the impact on consolidated results for the fiscal year ending March 2026 and beyond as soon as it becomes known.
