Dynamic Map Platform surges on launch of snow removal support system in Yamagata Prefecture
Dynamic Map Platform <336A> extended its sharp gains. The company announced before the market opened that the Snow Removal Support System (SRSS) provided by its subsidiary Dynamic Map Platform Axyz has begun operations in Yamagata Prefecture for the first time, which is being viewed as positive news.
The SRSS combines Dynamic Map's high-precision 3D map data used in autonomous vehicles with highly accurate location information to provide guidance for snow removal operations. For this adoption, the system will first be introduced on a trial basis for spring snow removal work on the Nishi-Azuma Sky Valley, with the aim of verifying reductions in work hours and improvements in snow removal efficiency and safety.
