Apa Holdings Acquires Over 5% Stake in WASHINGTON HOTEL, Cites 'Pure Investment' Purpose
Apa Holdings (Minato-ku, Tokyo) has acquired a 5.08% stake (including jointly held shares) in WASHINGTON HOTEL CORPORATION <4691>, according to a large shareholding report submitted to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau on the 1st. The company stated the purpose of the holding as "pure investment." The reporting obligation arose on the 25th.
