SPACE SHOWER SKIYAKI Extends Gains on Capital and Business Alliance with Nudge for 'Oshi-Katsu Cards'
SPACE SHOWER SKIYAKI HOLDINGS INC. <4838> extended its gains. Around 2 p.m., the company announced that its subsidiary SKIYAKI entered into a capital and business alliance with Nudge (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), a provider of the next-generation credit card "Nudge," which has been viewed as positive news.
"Nudge" is an "Oshi-Katsu card" (fan activity card) that allows users to freely customize designs and benefits, with a portion of transaction amounts returned as funding for their favorite activities. Through this alliance, SKIYAKI aims to enter the credit card issuance business by this summer, utilizing Nudge's "Credit Card as a Service" (CCaaS) platform, and to build a new revenue model combining its existing entertainment business with fintech. As the first initiative, the company will combine SKIYAKI Group's creator network with Nudge's pioneered "Oshi-Katsu card" business model to provide new fan experiences.
