Earnings ReportRelo Group, Inc. <8876> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 14th (16:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 dropped by 52.3% from the previous period to 20.6 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 8.9% to 22.5 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 49 yen to 69 yen (compared to 42 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 75 yen, an increase of 6 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income amounted to 6.04 billion yen, an increase of 0.1% compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 22.9% in the same period last year to 22.5%.
