TRADIA CORPORATION <9365> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 22.6% from the previous period to 488 million yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 400 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 2.5% to 500 million yen. This will be the third consecutive term of profit growth.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 15 million yen (compared to a profit of 39 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin worsened from 0.4% in the same period last year to -0.1%.
