Earnings ReportGLTECHNO HOLDINGS,INC. <255A> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 16.5% from the previous period to 7.72 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 1.0% to 7.80 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 111 yen to 123 yen (compared to 107 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 126 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 45.4% from the same period last year, reaching 2.49 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 15.0% in the same period last year to 17.5%.
